Monthly Refill Policy
Our refill plan exists so you never have a gap in your routine. Here is exactly how it works, in plain terms.
What You Are Signing Up For
When you choose the refill option, we ship your product on a repeating schedule and charge your saved payment method each time. It renews automatically until you tell us to stop. There is no contract, no minimum number of shipments, and no cancellation fee.
Your Schedule
Your first refill ships one interval after your initial order — so a 30-day supply on a monthly plan ships again about 30 days later. You can move that date forward or back at any time, or switch to a longer or shorter interval if you are running ahead or behind.
Before Every Charge
We email you a reminder before each renewal. It shows what is shipping, the amount, the date we will charge, and a link to change or cancel. If you want to skip a month, that link is the fastest way.
Making Changes
You can skip a shipment, pause, change the interval, update your address, swap your payment method, or cancel outright. Use the link in any confirmation or reminder email, or email contact@tryavidawellness.com.
Please make changes at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Inside that window your order may already be picked and packed, and the change will apply to the next cycle instead.
If Something Arrives You Did Not Want
Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers refill orders exactly like any other order. Email us and we will sort out a refund.
